Meet the team behind KameleonWave

Zsófia Bányai

Co-founder | Head of Operations & International Expansion
Zsófia has spent years building and running international teams across Europe and beyond. Her background sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and cross-border work, helping companies scale without losing control.
She has worked closely with founders and scale-ups who wanted to grow internationally but felt blocked by hiring costs, legal complexity, or unreliable delivery models. KameleonWave grew out of this experience: a clear, ethical way to build global teams that actually work.
Zsófia focuses on structure, transparency, and making sure teams are set up for long-term success, for both clients and employees.

Martijn Teuben

Co-founder | Head of Strategy & Growth

Martijn brings a strong background in business strategy, growth, and scaling companies through change. He works closely with founders and leadership teams to turn growth plans into practical, workable setups.

At KameleonWave, Martijn focuses on aligning business goals with team structure. He helps clients think through where to hire, how to scale responsibly, and how to avoid short-term fixes that create long-term problems.

His approach is pragmatic, direct, and grounded in real operational experience rather than theory.

Ready to build your team without borders?

Building a remote team abroad should feel clear, structured, and fully in your control. In a short conversation, we’ll look at your goals, your current hiring challenges, and whether cross-border team building is the right next step for you.

Why we built KameleonWave together

We saw the same problem again and again:

Companies wanted to grow.Local hiring became too slow and expensive.Existing “solutions” created dependency, confusion, or loss of control.

So we built a model that keeps things simple:

KameleonWave is not about quick fixes. It’s about building teams that last.
